Malissa was a great help. From getting stuck at the gate to my code not working; Then, even proceeding to help us figure out how to open our unit! She ensured we didn’t feel like a Burden and turned our visit around!

The staff is great. Very nice and helpful. The only thing that sours the experience is the guy I originally spoke with on the phone, Josh; never mentioned mandatory insurance required for rental. Makes it difficult when you’re trying to budget and the exact total isn’t given when discussing price (which would be where one would be expecting that info?). He also gave a convoluted method of trying to maintain your pricing and avoid any price hikes, only for the in person staff to not have any idea what he was talking about. If Melissa and Co weren’t so kind I’d have taken my business elsewhere. Also, this is just a personal note but the unit I rented smelled like butt, for days. Like I had to go and get a disposable air freshener to combat the stink.

This is hands down the best storage I have ever rented! There is a young lady at 165th Ave Vancouver WA location named Melissa and a gentleman named Brent in Euless Tx that treated me like family! Gave me hugs when I was just literally beat down from life which caused me to need a storage unit! They gave not just amazing service but I never worried about my things! I knew my most important possessions were always safe! Please trust me when I say this is just the best place to trust your belongings!
