Very friendly, easy to connect to. Gave us options, and also all the information we would need now and in future. Melissa also went above and beyond to show us the unit, and make sure we were fully setup and ready. Facility looks amazing, clean and spacious.

Everyone is super nice and understanding. I have never had any issues while having my stuff in storage here. I would recommend to even my friends and family. I also like the fact that since its indoors it stays at a good temp. The place is always clean.

Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful! From the first call to the last. It was seamless, easy, and fun! I was able to ask every single question under the sun without feeling weird or uncomfortable. It was so easy! I got the unit without even seeing it or knowing much about it. I just got that feeling like my belongings and myself would be protected and thought of! So far, so great!

Facilities were very clean, including the restrooms. The manager was pleasant and engaged in maintaining site security. She checked in when I was setting up my loud metal shelves to make sure I wasn't up to something. When I used the app to access the gate going in, I'd pull over on the street out front to bring up the app so I wouldn't block traffic while it was loading up. She quickly checked in to make sure I wasn't just waiting for someone else to use their code and then just scoot in behind them. She also remembered my name.

I’ve had my storage unit here for a little over a year, and it’s been an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I’ve had questions. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and, most importantly, feels very safe and secure.
