Últimamente siento que voy a muchos lugares y nadie realmente escucha lo que necesito. Antes tuve una mala experiencia con Public Storage, donde terminé pagando de más y no sentí que me explicaran las cosas claramente.
Extra Space Storage es un poco más caro, pero para mí vale la pena por la seguridad. El portón requiere un código de acceso, y se nota que los empleados están pendientes de lo que pasa. Incluso tienen las pantallas de las cámaras justo en el lobby, a la vista de todos, lo cual me da mucha más tranquilidad.
Por fin siento que estoy tratando con un lugar donde prestan atención y se preocupan por la seguridad de mis cosas. Para mí, pagar un poco más por esa tranquilidad vale la pena.

I’ve had some frustrating experiences with other storage places where I felt like nobody really listened to what I needed. I just wanted to be seen and have someone actually pay attention to my situation, and Extra Space Storage really delivered. I had a couch and what I thought was about a hundred boxes of stuff, so I was convinced I needed a huge unit.
Thankfully, Margarita took the time to actually talk with me about what I had. After counting everything, it turned out I only had about 20 boxes! She helped me realize I didn’t need the bigger unit at all. Everything fit perfectly in a smaller space, and she saved me a lot of money in the process.
I’m incredibly grateful that Margarita took the time to listen instead of simply putting me in the largest unit. It made me feel like my needs actually mattered, and I really appreciate that.
