  We've rented and returned U-Hauls here a few times and always had a good and smooth experience! Never had any issues with their trucks in comparison to past experiences with other U-Haul dealers. Our last experience was with Kelly (apologies if her name is spelled differently). Loved her personality; her description of insurance covering a million dollars in damages translating to being covered if we hit a Lamborghini cracked me up! When we returned the truck, she was considerate and asked if we wanted to reserve a truck for next week (we mentioned in the beginning that we planned to make two trips with a U-Haul in our move). Thanks for all you do, Kelly!! Hope to see you next time for trip #2! :)

  I've rented uhauls at a bunch of different spots in Vancouver over the years.... this one was the best experience so far .

  Called my id fake and gibberish upon seeing a foreign license. Went with a competitor - avoid if you are a foreigner

  I needed a one-way small trailer rental to go 1,700 miles, but required larger cu.ft. than I could afford. Kelli was so helpful and accommodating. She got me the right trailer at a fair price. So thankful I found Cascade Park Self Storage, and Kelli. Easy, uncomplicated, and fast. No up-sells. Thank you!
