- THTeirra HicksFeb 21, 20251.0Very upset because I was told that my washer and dryer would be delivered between 3pm and 8pm on the delivery date, waited patiently and no one called or showed up in the time frame. I called at 10am, at 8pm, I still hadn’t heard a thing, they were also closed. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate because I had plans that I moved to accommodate the drivers and delivery.. I wasted time. Still waiting on my things to be delivered, but have to wait now til the next business day to reach customer service. Smh.

Then in exchange offered a different sectional which was smaller and for more money a month. I'll stick with Rent A Center, lesson learned!
- JSJamie SharpMay 16, 20241.0Placed an on-line order for a dresser a month ago.....never heard a thing called customer service to find out Dresser had been at warehouse in Vancouver for a week no phone call received to say as much or set up a day & time for delivery. 7 phone calls later & a sales person who doesn't know what they are doing I get a delivery date set only to have it rescheduled! So infuriating Whatever ya do DON'T use this place. It's a joke

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

If you are ever shopping and see that one of our local competitors has a lease to own deal that's lower than Aaron's, we'll be happy to offer our Low Price Guarantee. What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
