- AMAngie Moncrief5 days ago2.0We ordered a motorized love seat. We were quoted 6 to 8 weeks. We placed the order on March 11th. As of now we still don’t have it. I had to call the store twice to even hear back from anyone. They said there had been a delay we should hopefully have it by the end of May. As of now, I have been contacted more about leaving a review than I have about the order. Fingers crossed I’ll get it sometime. We have ordered from LazyBoy several times. They are more expensive but in the past seemed worth it. Now I’m not sure.

He was very knowledgeable on the different types of rocking chairs we were looking for and kept our budget in mind while showing us the different models. In the end, we found exactly what we were looking for. We did not feel at any time that we were tried to be upsold. Josh was a kind and genuine sales person. Have bought from them before and no doubt that we will again. HIGHLY Recommend.

He is super helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get the perfect leather recliner . Sale is going on 30%off most items till June 1,2026 ! My chair below but mine is in dark chocolate brown !! Can hardly wait to get it !
- RORandy OlsonMay 2, 20261.0Store and employees were great, the chairs sucked, they did not fit like the ones in the store. Not happy with either one of the chairs we purchased. You are allowed to cancel you order within 3 days of ordering not 3 days after they are delivered and find out they are not what you expected, it used to be nice when you could go to the warehouse and pick them up the day you purchased them, they are made to order and take 2 weeks at best. The worst part is a 30% restock if you what to return them. I Doubt I will be purchasing lazyboy furniture again.
