  This store has a friendly, experienced manager who has a great staff. Shout out to Josh who patiently showed us couch, sofa and recliner chair options with all the different fabric choices and possible details. It’s a relaxed but professional vibe there.

  Must have had a new salesperson. I spent way too much effort trying to purchase an I stock loveseat and order a second. The ordered loveseat came in incorrectly, but decided to live with it to avoid the hassle of having to deal with this location and the same salesperson again. Truly a frustrating experience.

  Tim was great but I was frustrated on availability of product and the only items in stock are the more expensive items. 8 weeks on other items is not customer centric. As a repeat customer I was disappointed and almost left without purchasing. Also the cost breakdown was incorrect and I felt that what the posted was not originally $ amount on the cost breakdown. When I asked about the pricing and did my own math at that point was when Tim stated he would make the correction. Another non customer centric approach and integrity concern. I am a fan of the Lazy Boy quality and that is the only reason I purchased the product. Thanks for reading.

  Overpriced and unhelpful employees. I came into this location about a year ago. I was looking for a reclining chair. The other one I had bought ten years ago suddenly broke, and I remember paying around $500 for it at another furniture store. For reference, I’m hard of hearing and use sign language primarily, but can speak. Upon arrival, there were several employees walking around like sharks keeping an eye on me. I was already very uncomfortable that I couldn’t browse in peace. I have a feeling this store is commission based. I was still browsing when one of the employees tapped AGGRESSIVELY on my shoulder and looked upset. Apparently, they had tried to get my attention previously. I signed that I was basically deaf and their tone dialed down, but they had no clue how to proceed. They ended up walking away. Another associate approached about 5 minutes later. This time, she asked if I needed help and by then, I had settled on a new recliner. She spoke in a normal tone this time and I was able to read her lips clearly, so I didn’t explain I was HOH yet. I did NOT expect most of the reclining chairs here to start at $1,000! I was hoping for that price, the quality would be amazing and last a lot longer; especially since I went with a vibration/massage chair. While we were checking out, she tells me that I need to call a number to make a payment plan on the chair. That’s when I explain I’m HOH once again. She took it well, and ended up writing a list of directions on a sticky note for me, but took advantage of the interest rate for the chair. Unfortunately, the $1,500 chair that I went with ended up breaking less than a year into using it! To make matters worse, I finished paying off the chair by then, and despite me marking my account as closed in my credit, it continued to say it was open far past that. For these reasons, I will not be returning to this location.
