They provide a true concierge-style service - coming to our home, helping us think through the design, planning the right options, taking measurements, coordinating scheduling, and handling the final installation. The team was extremely friendly, professional, and prompt throughout the process. They even went out of their way to make the schedule work for us, which we really appreciated. A special shoutout to Ian, Dustin, and Isidro for their excellent work and attention to detail. This was a big project across three large spaces, and we are very happy with the final result. Highly recommend Stoneside for anyone looking for a high-touch, end-to-end blinds and shades service.

The blinds industry is extremely expensive, so it is important to go with a company that corrects their mistakes, at no cost to you, like Stoneside did. Beyond that, Stoneside communicated wonderfully with us throughout the whole process which was great. The pricing was a bit of a shock but I do think the quality of work and customer service overall made the price more mentally manageable. Our installer Izzy was amazing. As I kind of referenced before, he noticed a mistake the warehouse made and immediately sprung into action to remedy it.

Also - the blinds themselves are incredible! When closed they block out basically all light, and they are very easy to open/close.

Isidro was also very nice and expertly installed the blinds,cleaning up everything afterwards. Both showed up at the time they said they would.
