Explained all of the details of: How delivery works, Fabric choices, ordered fabric swatches, cover installation, demonstrated the difference between the standard cushions versus the Lovesoft, created several layout diagrams we could take home and measure, changed quotes several times and all with a smile. This is one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. I can safely say without this retail showroom and passionate customer service we would not have purchased Lovesac. The in-store process was the deciding factor. We have received our Sactional & Pillowsac order and could not be happier with our investment. It is a bit of work to unbox and get set up but goes quick after the first couple pieces.

It’s definitely more on the expensive side, but you can tell it’s built to last. If you’re looking for something cozy and different from regular furniture, it’s worth checking out.
