  We had a Great experience at La-Z-Boy Tacoma. Jeannie really took her time helping us and wasn’t pushy! She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The in house designer, Candy found the exact fabric and had a 3-D floor plan of our family room to get a true picture of how everything would work. We enjoyed working with both ladies and made our experience very Fun! Sue& Doug

  Bought a reclining couch(this piece from a different store but still la-z-boy) , 2 recliners (1 power, 1 manual), and 5 pieces of their Kincaid brand tables/tv stand. I like that they will price match. The power recliner does not seem to be as comfortable as the manual recliner, feels like less stuffing. Delivery was fine but I did see that one delivery the recliner back was not locked into place. (I had called and found out the furniture was here at the storage facility.) I wish they would include a touch up pen with their wood pieces because I see small nail heads.

  Our LaZBoy experience was great from start to finish! From the showroom to delivery and set-up everything went perfectly! We love how comfortable the pieces are and enjoyed customizing our order to fit our personalities and design style for our home. Thank you LaZBoy!

  Working with Candy and Jeremy was an amazing experience. One thing I learned about La-Z-Boy is that they partner with many manufacturing companies, which gave us far more options than I expected. Candy did all the legwork for us, and her eye for detail was evident from the very beginning. She took everything into consideration, including our ceiling height, our dog, the energy of the room, the square footage, the layout, and the overall flow of the space. She modeled the design, measured everything, and made the whole process feel easy. She was extremely professional, kind, patient, and considerate throughout the entire experience. With her help, we decorated our entire downstairs, and we could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend working with Candy and Jeremy.

  I came in looking for a power lift recliner, and from the moment Jeremy said hello, he was pure joy to deal with. He was straight forward and informative, and helpful beyond expectations. I purchased the recliner, because he was wonderful. He went above and beyond for me, and was incredibly friendly throughout the transaction, which took a couple days. He provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you Jeremy !!
