  Jeannie helped me pick out the perfect power lift recliner. She was so thoughtful and kind. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Can't wait to get our new recliner! Thanks again, Jeannie!

  We had the best sales associate ever! Jeannie A. Was professional, answered all of our questions, very educated on all furniture items and how they worked and was so fun to watch as she demonstrated the use if recliners. She never rushed us as all. She has exemplary customer servoce skills and should be the face of Lazboy furniture. She works at the tacoma mall blvd store! She deserves employee 9f the year award!

  I purchased a sectional in Feb 2026 for almost $14,000! When it was delivered the corner piece was the wrong color. The correct color was reordered but I was stuck with a black corner price and the rest of the sectional gray. Mind you, delivery was a week before our wedding when we were expecting a house full of guests. When the correct colored piece was not delivered when they said it would be I called them. I was told it was at the warehouse ready for delivery. Who knows when I would have received it if I hadn't have called. When it was finally delivered it had the incorrect legs so it couldn't be attached to the rest of the sectional, it just sat in place. The delivery drivers contacted someone to order the correct legs but insisted they could not take the incorrect black piece with them because they didn't have an order for pickup. I had to get firm with them and let them know I was not keeping a piece of furniture that I did not order and they ended up contacting another person to confirm they could take it. This whole time (for both deliveries) I had to miss work. The reordered legs ended up being sent to my home, but guess what?! THEY WERE THE WRONG LEGS! I called the store and ended up being contacted later by the manager who figured out the incorrect corner piece that was reordered was not the piece that went with my set, the ENTIRE piece! He reordered the correct piece and offered to do expedited shipping as well as credit me $750 for the hassle and time I had spent with the error. I specifically asked the sales person about getting expedited shipping the first time it was reordered and I was told they couldn't do it! When the correct piece was delivered I ended up being charged for it! A charge to my card without them even calling me about it or asking and no signature required! I contacted the store once again and the salesperson tried telling me I was being charged because the correct piece was a different price. Mind you, I have the receipt in front of me and what is on my invoice IS the correct piece and what my card was charged originally was accurate. They ended up refunding the charge after a couple weeks but I still hadn't received the $750 the store manager promised. I have made MULTIPLE calls and left messages and have reached out to Corporate 3 times as well to have him call me and I have yet to get a callback. Corporate even cc'd his supervisor on the emails and she hasn't reached out either. I would definitely NOT ever purchase anything from this company again and I have let everyone I know about my experience as well so they know not to give them their money! I will eventually get my money back but who knows when.

  Been on the sidelines helping someone with the products they recieved from this la z boy and the quality assurance was terrible. I cant imagine furniture being so expensive and then being delivered with mistakes like this

  The folks at La-Z-Boy in Tacoma are the most attentive to the customer's questions and knowledgeable of their products I've experienced during decades of buying furniture for my house. Their product lines are high quality (the highest for recliners) and varied (for tables and accessories). Their strongest suit is the personal attention they provide, down to minute details, as if all of their time is yours. My wife and I worked with Jeremy (and Candy for a short time), and I can say that this experience exceeded our expectations and we're looking forward to our new furniture delivery and enjoying the upcoming Seahawks watch-parties. GO HAWKS!
