So far, I can say my experience has been very positive. The customer service team were kind and friendly. They responded right away.
The onsite person is excellent. She was able to get us in and take care of expeditiously. Her guidance was excellent and helpful. I/we were very pleased with information and satisfied. I/we haven’t been there long, but so far I am happy with the services.

Destiny was amazing, very personable yet very professional, a problem came up with my unit and she was more than happy to help and guided me the whole way, as far as customer service goes I would rate this a 10/10 and recommended anyone needing a storage unit to go through Destiny!!!!

Reserve a unit here if you want your rent to be increased by 100% every 3-6 months with just a blanket notice from corporate. Contacting the office directly results in gaslighting and zero accountability. They do not care how long you have been a loyal paying tenant, only about "market fluctuations" and how they have "no control" over corporate increases. Interesting considering the first time they doubled my rent (after 3 months), I was able to negotiate an (only very slightly) lower rate directly with the office personnel. Not the second time.
I understand that the rental agreement is month-to-month and that rates may change. However, repeatedly imposing dramatic increases of this magnitude creates the impression that customers are offered an introductory rate only to be subjected to excessive increases once their belongings are stored and moving becomes costly and inconvenient. That business practice is deeply concerning.
