- SRSue RogersMay 7, 20261.0We have a unit but it’s not possible to get in. The gates and doors and elevators have been malfunctioning for at least two days so no one can get in or out even during business hours (even after 9:30 as their sign suggests). We tried to go today and people were getting stuck in the building because the automatic doors wouldn’t open. There was another exit but there were no signs or directions about what to do or how to get out. I see they want me to contact them, but literally five people in person told them about this. If people are getting stuck, the doors should be open to prevent serious hazards and safety issues.

Upon approaching the lobby I noticed there was people ahead of me who might have been there for a bit ironing out some details. One of the guests expressed how nice the customers service was and it is rare this day and age. I try to avoid downloading more apps just function on a daily basis but when the person working said it would make my life easier I gladly accepted the QR code. Doing customer service can be challenging being the recipient of excellent service today it brought joy to my day. Thank you for excellent service.
