- ISinfo simplifyandmoveMay 12, 20265.0this is our third summer in a row renting at this facility - my daughter is a student at Univ of Puget Sound and this is close to campus, so we have been putting her belongings in storage every summer. The facility is clean and safe. There is an app on your phone you use to access the parking lot, access the elevators and of course, access your actual unit. The parking is easy, the units are clean. This is our last summer renting as my girl graduates next summer. But we could not have handled keeping all her school items year to year without this storage unit - so thank you!

Gave me a 48hr notice to vacate because I didn't agree with the property managers $40 rent increase on a unit i store abunch of my extra stuff at (Public Storage on N.9th in North Tacoma). They raised the rent from $70 to $110 for a small 5x10. So I called around and found Daffodil Storage, talked with a lady named Keau. She was 100x more helpful, respectful and got me all set up with a 5x10 for a lot less than Public Storage, got me a special for rent next month and the same unit PS wanted to charge me. The units and entry for door, elevators, unit itself are all done through an app, which Keau got set up on my phone. Dont ever have to worry about losing your unit keys! Daffodil Storage and the only staff member I dealt with name Keau deserve 10 stars, exceptional and professional to the core! I'd definitely recommend this place! Thanks for all the stress free, quick and efficient help this afternoon, you're awesome Keau!
