  The elevator got stuck with myself and my nephew inside and we were scared it wouldn’t open definitely needs maintenance

  I have been using this storage and PO Box for about 4 years now with no plans of ever changing it has been nothing but a pleasant experience and Kelly has been so helpful and kind!!!!

  I love the convenience of the storage it makes it easy to load and unload and the equipment is a big help the unit is very dry and clean that makes things even better I am very satisfied with the management I was told I would have 75% off for 2 months and my unit would be $139 this is the reason I rented the unit when I went to pay their was no 75% off and the unit is now $169 I recently received another bill now they're asking me for $321 I'm not understanding what they're doing they're trying to do there have been numerous payments of 84.00 66.00 and 91.00 and I just moved in they're April 22nd why are they just taking on this money. I never received any discounts or anything else I am very I need to talk to someone now they're trying to take $321 for me and I don't know why I did not rent my unit for 321.00 so now what are they saying now that I owe for 2 months 3 months and no discount at all please management for whoever hire up I need someone to address this because what they're doing is wrong and I am not going to sit back and let them just take what ever money they and you will not take my things. I have asked to talk to management about this but all I received was a brick wall. I do not want to go to BBB . but you are forcing my hand. Please will someone respond. I would like to add that I received a response. Josie accommodated me and corrected my inconvenience. I am happy to say I am very much satisfied and I would recommend to others that daffodil storage is the right place to be.

  Before you move, make sure they say they give you the special , because they say 70% off for two months is a lie because they charge you the month completely?

  I appreciate that you can still get into your unit even when the office is closed. The digital unit keys are great, too. Don't have to worry about losing your keys and having to pay for new ones, after paying to have your locks broken. Never had to deal with rodents. Typically very clean.
