  The two man team came to get my stuff,I had it packed wrong so the manager had them bring the other stuff because my time wasn't as much as others get they came back a second time to keep their word So if you need a storage please call CSI STORAGE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with CSI Mini Storage from start to finish. Reserving a unit was quick, easy, and very convenient. The entire move-in process was smooth, and the staff made everything stress-free. Mandy gave us a tour of the facility and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Vic assisted us with all of the paperwork, explained the rules and regulations clearly, and made sure we understood everything before moving in. They both provided outstanding customer service and made us feel welcome from day one. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and feels very secure. One feature I really appreciate is that your access code only allows you onto the floor where your storage unit is located, rather than giving access to every floor. That extra level of security gave me a lot of peace of mind. One of the biggest perks was the complimentary moving service they offer to new tenants. Two professional movers picked up our belongings from our previous storage unit, transported everything to CSI Mini Storage, and carefully moved it into our new unit. They treated our belongings with great care, worked efficiently, and were courteous throughout the entire process. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Excellent customer service, a clean and secure facility, and an amazing complimentary moving service make CSI Mini Storage an easy five-star recommendation. Thank you to Vic, Mandy, and the moving team for making our move so easy!
