From start to finish, the service was outstanding — professional, friendly, and efficient. A special shoutout to Caya, who handled the installation. She was incredibly quick and left everything spotless when she was done. We would definitely recommend Budget Blinds of Steilacoom & Tacoma to our family and friends.
- LSLin S5 days ago5.0I contacted Tyler at Budget Blinds as he had installed our kitchen shades a few years ago. Service was amazing so I called him again for our 2 - 8 ft long picture living room windows. He was most helpful on his home visit to bring a book of samples, patiently explain different products and determine what we were looking for. He was quick in response to make appt and was on time as promised. Today Caya our installer arrived precisely on time as scheduled. We loved working with Caya as she not only explained how she was going to install but had all the tools needed to install, was meticulous about installing as the windows are not plum in this 72 year old home. She is as so efficient, and clearly had all the skills needed to correctly install our roller shades. She too cleaned up from the install and instructed me how to adjust tension if needed at any time as well as to how to clean the shades. We are so happy to get rid of the myalar shades. We now will are able to enjoy the view without the intense western sun, plus protect our furniture and wood floors. These shades glide like butter so easy to rise and lower without any drag. Thank you team Budget Blinds for such wonderful service! Will definitely be calling Budget Blinds for more window treatment in other rooms in the future. What a wonderful anniversary gift from my sweetheart!

Before getting consultation, I compared price range to other types of blinds in the market and BB was clearly less expensive. Staff was very friendly and professional. Kitty won't be bending these blinds, for sure!
