My mother and I walked into the store to look at pillows and we were met by Emelyn, who was the most lovely care taker of this store. We had a really enjoyable experience at this store with Emelyn! What a nice surprise for a Tempur-pedic store! Very knowledgeable on top of being so kind and warm and funny.

Such an amazing experience at the flag ship store today. If your looking for a mattress go ask for Em or Maya. They took fantastic care of us.

Maya was super helpful as I determined which mattress was the right one for me. She made sure I understood the nuanced differences between mattresses. In fact, I liked my mattress so much, I called Maya and asked her to help me purchase a second one, exactly the same. She did a great job coordinating the purchase and delivery of the second mattress. Thank you Maya!

We had such a great experience at Tempur-Pedic. The whole process was relaxed, easygoing, and completely pressure-free, which we really appreciated. Shaun, Em, and Maya were all wonderful to work with! They actually listened to the sleep troubles both of us were trying to solve, physical pain we deal with and they helped us figure out the right mattress and adjustable-base combination for each of us instead of trying to push us toward the same setup or the most expensive option. We never felt rushed, and we had plenty of time to try different mattresses, compare options, and talk everything through. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed interested in helping us sleep better. We ended up feeling very confident in our choice and really enjoyed the whole buying experience. Highly recommend this store and this team!!

Due to medical requirements needed an adjustable bed. Check a number of local outlets. Even though Tempur-pedic somewhat on the high side price wise, the in-store assistance and recommendations from the staff were just what I needed. Believe I found just the right combo. They were the most professional of all the stores I visited They wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase, so far, I am. Very pleased with this store and each of the staff. Thank you
