He was extremely professional, kind, understanding, and very patient. My mother's apartment management is not easy to deal with, and due to miscommunications on the complex management’s side, he ended up having to waste a lot of time and probably money, during this whole process. By all means he had every right to say, “Okay, we are done. Find another company,” but he didn't. After bypassing management and speaking directly with him, everything got done and I couldn't be more grateful. He went above and beyond! I hope to high heaven I never have to experience the dreaded bedbug in my home, but in the unfortunate event myself or anyone I know needs your services, I will absolutely be sending them to you guys! Thank you again for everything!
- GMGlen Martin4 days ago5.0We are a retired couple on a fixed income. We just found out that we have bedbugs in our bedroom and living room. The service people will need to do a Full House Cleaning to eradicate the bugs. Gabe worked with us to get the service paid and Scheduled for July 6th, Monday morning. Todays date is currently, Friday July 3rd at 9:30am. When working with Gabe, he explained the life cycle of the bed bugs, explained our options, and suggested immediate treatment. He took pictures of adult bugs, eggs, and casings. Yes, we are infested. I thought the hassle would take a lot out of us. Gabe proved us wrong. Bedbugs are common to Spokane and can be tracked home on your clothes or shoes. High heat in the dryer for 50minutes sanitized out pillows. We placed them in Plastic bags so they do not get reinfected. Tacking the bedding and blankets next. The process of eradication is not hard, just tedious. You don't have to throw away your bed or dressers, linen can be sanitized with heat. On Monday, our chemical treatment will take place. Anyone looking for advise, Gabe is your man.
