We bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s…nice easy purchase…only reason you get 2 stars. Peggy was great. Sorry, Peggy, this review is mainly about delivery and manager. Starting arrival of delivery at 9pm is not acceptable. Our food was waiting in coolers for hours for the take away of the old refrigerator. We were ready at delivery time quotes. This is not on the 3rd party delivery service, it is on Lowe’s. After talking to a manager who had a less than good customer service attitude and full of excuses, I will sum this up. He told me these guys make average of 16 deliveries a day from one truck. They deliver all over Spokane. Figure it out….travel, unloading and installing (appliances especially), that is a 16 hour day if you allow just one hour for travel, unloading heavy items and installing. That is ridiculous. Lowe’s is overbooking their deliveries. They have just arrived here at 9pm, have to remove the old refrigerator, load in the new one with set up and install. I was originally told maybe no delivery today, but as our food was already in coolers and would not last indefinitely …my answer was I will stay up to whatever hour it takes. Poor delivery guys…4 more deliveries tonight. Shame on Lowe’s….your customers are your bread and butter and deserve better. Meet your delivery times because people prepare for a change out of a refrigerator. Unless you want to replace spoiled food as well. Rethinking where the new dishwasher will be purchased.

They repackage used items and sell as new! We bought a craftsman chainsaw and drove an hour home and opened the box- it still had grass and debris in the chainsaw, instruction book missing… drove an hour back to exhange and no compensation given the price of gas tooday!!

Made a mobile pick up order, was ready in 11 minutes from the time I hit check out. Waited two minutes at the store, employee helped take my heavy item out to my car and load it, and was happy to help. 10/10 customer service.

Products are great and in store purchases are awesome. Delivery system; not so much. If its a 3rd party delivery, there are more problems than if its a Lowe's delivery and you can't have all of your items delivered together. The information on the app is not helpful in alot of cases. Also I have no itemized receipts when I order online, just a list of purchases. I can't go back and see what I paid for an item and compare it to what I was charged. Charges go on my card and come back of 2- 3 times before I even get the item, and if the order gets revised and split up there are separate charges and again NO RECEIPT. You have to pay extremely close attention.

Kind of amazing to tell you the truth. I went in to buy a new tool chest, top and bottom, along with a handful of new power tools and batteries. I flagged down and spoke with three separate employees in the tool section and none of them would give me the time of day. I'll try another Lowe's location because they have what I want. Hopefully it's not the same at the Valley store and I end up having to settle for Home Depot or Harbor Freight.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
