I do NOT ever recommend using Lowe's. If I could give zero points I would. Every time I use them they either screw up my order or delay it for weeks. I do NOT recommend using Lowe's at all.

Mykenzi was incredibly helpful, patient and kind. I have been trying to figure out what happened to the shower door I had ordered. I had called FedEx, Lowe's and the vendor. Mykenzi called the vendor for me and found out the next steps Lowe's needed to complete in order to refund and reorder the shower door. She has even offered to keep me in the loop moving forward with the new order. Thank you!

My husband and I went to this Lowe's on July 9th at around 9:45am. We were looking to buy fake turf to use for our kitty litter area in hopes that it would help control the litter from spreading on our wood floors. We were helped by a young lady that didn't seem too happy to be there. We believe she was training a young man who was actually very kind. We initially asked her if she happened to have a sample of a turf we were looking at so we could feel it and see it up close. The one on display was way to high for my husband and I to touch. She said they didn't have the turf we were looking for very quickly. My husband and I were looking at a fully stacked turf rolls and were confused at what she had said. She didn't even bother asking which turf sample we wanted specifically. My husband then asked for the specific one we wanted and it turns out they still had 100 yards left. We then let her know how much of it we wanted. It seemed that she was having a lot of trouble putting the turf on the cutting rollers and it took her and the kind gentleman about 15-20 minutes trying to figure it out. After that she tried cutting a small piece of this turf to make it even. She tried cutting it with the machine twice and it wouldn't cut. I'm not sure if she didn't know how to use the machine properly or if the saw on the machine was just dull. But in a very irritable voice she said "I can't cut this one . You want anything else?" We said no thank you. My husband then asked if the saw was something that they could replace or if there was another time we could come in to get the turf we wanted. She said it was a third party that fixed the machine and followed it up with "I'll have to talk to management" and turned her back on him dismissing him so bluntly. I apologized for the time we took and thank them for their efforts. She completely ignore me and continued doing what she was doing. The guy she was training was extremely kind and said "no problem it's totally okay. We are sorry". Didn't get her name. But she had a butterfly tattoo on her hand and another tattoo on her wrist that said "Maria". She was short and Hispanic looking but I could be wrong. I'm not sure if it was a bad day for her or if she is always this rude and short with people. But that was an awful costumer experience and we ended up taking our business elsewhere. We would have loved to come back when the machine was working but her attitude definitely left a sour taste in our mouth.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
