  I’m looking at channel trim when an employee turns into the aisle with a huge ladder. I check to make sure my cart is out of her way and she says, “Actually I need right there.” Well excuse me! Guess I’ll get my channel trim somewhere else. Rude.

  Oh tonight was definitely the last time I will ever go to this Lowe's!!! It is the worst one in Spokane! In fact, not only did I leave with the guy not cutting the wood correctly but several other people left angry. I was upset at store trying to get help but when I got home I realized the guy didn't measure correctly. I should have been over his shoulder checking. Ugh incompetence is contagious there.

  At the paint counter waiting respectively for my turn fruit looking worker looks me dead in the eye as I've been standing there for 10 minutes before proceeding to help others that came after I've been there 5 minutes doesn't even attempt to look at me after not the first time this has happened but the fact it happens more often than not definitely gonna go else where, Lowe's need to fix this crap customer service, mind you i was standing at the desk where it said order paint!

  I went online & ordered item(s) at the store that was closest to my location (the Division store in Spokane, WA). I finalize my order & waited for text telling me my order was ready. Bam, there it is. I drive to the store & check in. A few minutes later, I get a phone call saying they're looking for my car but don't see it. Why? because my items weren't available at the store I chose, but at another store across town. No email informing me & asking if I wanted to go to another store (the Sprague store). Now I gotta drive 25 minutes to get my stuff. After telling her how long it would take me to get there, "I'll time it & be looking for you so you don't have to wait." Sat for 15 minutes after re-checking in. Oh, & don't try calling them because they go out of their way to not have to talk to you. They make you fight with a machine that cares nothing about what you want. FINALLY, I pull up to the doors as I watched them helping other customers & yelled "Where's my stuff?!!!!!" She finally brings my items. This happened more than once. I finally talked to a manager about it at the Sprague store & he was shocked that they do this. Last time I ordered, it was 7:40ish a.m. By 2:00 that afternoon, they still hadn't pulled my stuff. Even after calling the store to see why I hadn't gotten the text & told them I was on my way (mind you, I was 30 minutes away), I get there & they still hadn't pulled my items. I ordered 5 that they said they had, but of course now, they only have 4. I've made a decision: I would have to be desperately desperate to do business with these people again. I will go to Home Depot or just about anywhere else. I can't even tell all of the horrible experiences I've had with Lowe's between the store on Division and the store on Sprague. I hope they go out of business. Sooooo done.

  I have always shopped at Lowes before any other. My last experience was not good. I am 73 years old and went to the Division store to get 6 bags of 2 cubic feet of bark weighing approximately 40lbs each. As I entered the garden side I stopped and told the checker that I was going to need help loading the bags. She said she would call for someone, but someone was on a break and they were short on help and it would take awhile. I went back and stood by the bags waiting for someone to come an help me. As I'm waiting I notice an employee on his lift visiting with 2 people. I waited listening to their conversation, laughing and joking as if no one else mattered. I walked over to him and said excuse me but can you help me load some bark. Being a wise ass he looked over at the bags of bark and said "oh those look heavy, I don't know" and then laughed. I turned and walked to the bags and he followed me Obviously aware I didn't think he was funny. He loaded the bags and said "now you go on up front and have some handsome guy help you out with these" Seriously! I got checked out, NO ONE helped me. No one ever came when the checker asked for someone. My husband who was sitting in the car with a broken foot and walker had to help me! What kind of service is this? Are there no Managers or assistant managers that aren't beneath coming to help? I will definitely think twice before I shop there again there are a lot of choices.
