We can't get any information other than you will get notification when it's being delivered. The delivery people just rolled the boxes off the truck on the ground roughly and left without a word. The whole experience is bad.

Then I checked them out in person at the downtown mall spokane. Must have gone in at least five times, asking questions, getting quotes, looking at arrangements and every time the employees there were super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Finally we got our new couch just as we moved into our new home. I don’t think we’ll ever be able to go back to a traditional stationary couch again.
