  Mary was great and most helpful. Wonderful employee and a great representative of your company. I just wish it didn't take so long to get the chair when it is needed yesterday but so is life!!!

  We were looking for recliners. We were greeted almost immediately after entering the store. Mary was our sales person, and she was pleasant, patient, not pushy but attentive. It was a good experience, and we were able to decide on some chairs. Thank you.

  1st time being in Lazy Boy and Heidi helped me and she was amazing really nice and excellent customer service she gave me lots of options and different color patterns ended up buying the Joshua recliner dark Grey thank you Heidi for being so nice and amazing

  Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable of their product and helped us to make the best choices for our furniture. Our sectional and chairs have transformed our living room. They are very well made and extremely comfortable. Communication about delivery dates was excellent and delivery was on time and professional.

  We went in to get a look at a “sit stand” version of a chair. Unfortunately the largest was too small for me. Aaron showed me alternatives which I liked and he advised that a model without rocker feature would help with my safe exit. As we were picking covering materials, word came in of a huge fire burning down the north end of town and Aaron and all but one employee had to go immediately to evacuate. Rather than just closing the store, one employee stayed and helped us finish preparing the order. We ended up buying 2 chairs to add to the 6 we already have. Aaron was diligent in follow up. So far, after two weeks, we have not received a confirmation from LazyBOY of the order nor any hint of a delivery confirmation and date. Overall the staff handled the situation well.
