  Twas an enjoyable experience, seeking out a new loveseat that would be much more comfortable and usable than an old non-La-Z-Boy brand we'd had far too long. We found a great loveseat that we are really enjoying, set up for TV viewing, eating, and working, complete with cupholders, phone charger, and a movable table. And, of course, great recliner features, all controlled by remote. Very nice, and nicely on sale when we bought it.... The sales folk were easy to work with, no pressure, and worked with us to find what we wanted.

  Frustrating that you can't bring home something you like, the same day you see it in person. Is what it is, but ended up going to Ashley Furniture as they had want it wanted and let me buy it and load it up SAME day.

  We were fortunate Jim Stanley was still at Lazy Boy. We purchased Bedroom, dining and living room furniture about 3 years ago. Jim and Sara, design consultant, were exceptional then and have continued superior assistance. Sara assisted with fabric selection. Coordinating with the Jim & Sara was so easy. Made me feel I should buy more, but we are all set. Would not hesitate to recommend them and come back if we need furniture!

  Very few stores carry Petite reclining lift chairs. La-Z-Boy had two in their showroom. Found the perfect one for my sis who is under 5' and visually impaired. The chair is basic in terms of function and ease. Staff was kind while helping us. Highly recommend La-Z-Boy, Spokane.

  Salesperson/ service was great on Division North Spokane. We were very disappointed when the chair wasn't in stock and they charged $100.00 for delivery from their warehouse to the store OR to our house. You would think if they have it on display in the store, it would be up to the company to get it to the store. We were willing to pick up ourselves from there, but it cost an extra $100.00 regardless.
