  The salesperson gave us an overview of the item we were interested in then gave us space to look around. He touched bases with us and assisted in providing all the information needed to make a decision. We are pleased with the color and quality of our recliner.

  Sales person was very knowledgeable about their products, great with helping us pick fabric to blend with our existing furniture. Great service. Highly recommend LA-Z-Boy.

  Eron was great to work with. He was very professional and listened to me tell exactly what I wanted and made sure it was delivered as planned. We conducted the sale over the phone, he was very good at describing the chair and the color. It's 💯 the chair I wanted. Thank you Eron!

  Excellent Service from Jim Stanley!!! I am Extremely Pleased with my visit to La-z-Boy Future Store in Spokane on division... I was explained in detail information about each individual rocking recliner I was interested in & found out the Randall chair I originally came in to purchase wasn't exactly what I was looking for as Jim Stanley educated me well so I ended up goin with a different chair with the upgrade cushion was a perfect match... Thank U Jim Stanley for your Wonderful Service & Informed knowledge of Everything in the store so it made it Much quicker & easier to make my choice... This is my 3rd La-z-boy rocker recliner which each one has lasted me 10 years each which is a Very Long time for a recliner Altho La-z-boy furniture is made to last... Thank U Jim Stanley...
