  Our Salesman, Reuben, was very knowledgeable. He listened well and gave great recommendations when comparing products. He asked good questions in helping us make a selection. I did have to ask about the store policy if our mattress wasn't good for us rather than him informing me.

  Super simple and fast service! Derek was great. We stopped at another furniture store before Denver mattress, and had a disappointing experience. Derek helped us in minutes and got us on our way. Appreciate the service!

  Got 2 mattresses here, they were both horrible. Overcharged me for extras I did not need or ask for. They let me return one after jumping through a bunch of hoops but I did not get a full refund. Paid over $1900 and receive less than $1500 refund. Would not recommend this place, the manager told me they have no mattresses that would work for me and that the discontinued mattress I returned was the best mattress they had. Crazy! What a waist of time and money with this place!

  My husband and I were struggling after we found our mattress of 4 years had become some kind of treacherous pothole field, and like boiling frogs, we didn't realize the severity until we'd left for a week and came back to an unbearable sleeping situation. I am really glad I thought to call and check if we were under warranty, because it turns out there WAS a 10 year warranty policy I had entirely forgotten about, and we were able to get full credits back and put the money toward a higher end mattress. (Yay) Derek was very accommodating in assisting me when I submitted my damage photos for review, and even helped guide us when we were stuck between two choices for our replacement. It was a very good experience, and I am looking forward to our new mattress and hopefully no more body pain!
