  The salespeople were great to work with. A SPECIAL Thank You to Furniture Row for giving us 50% off a mattress and 50% off a desk. We lost our home in the Spokane Old Trails fire and needed to replace important furniture items for our apartment until our home is rebuilt.   Even though very busy or short-staffed?, Derek continued to check in with us and answer our questions. He was professional, friendly but not pushy, and gave us knowledgeable information on several different beds. After visiting several other mattress businesses, we returned and bought from our mattress from him.

  Ruben helped me select a pillow on my first visit. I experience some light to moderate neck pain as a side sleeper. While the pillow he reccomended was great, it did not suit my needs and that is okay. Denver Mattress has knowledgeable employees who want to help. I will be back for another attempt in the future to find a different pillow, since a good one will cost more. Thank you also to Dakota for helping me return the purchase within the 2 week period. You guys are wonderful.
