    Very rude management. I had an employee helping me out with a rug I couldn’t find, and she kept getting called over the radio even after saying multiple times that she was helping a customer. Just as she was finishing up helping me, who I assumed was a manager came over and started chewing her out for not responding over the radio. It was completely unnecessary and honestly uncomfortable to witness as a customer. After the manager left, she apologized to me and continued walking me through the store, helping me find everything I needed. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful despite the situation. Great store, but the experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. The employee did an excellent job, and it was disappointing to see someone trying to help a customer get treated that way. I genuinely feel bad for the employees who have to work in that environment.

    Needa a map, but its great to get lost. TONS of stuff here. So much decore your head will spin haha. Chairs, beds, candy, dog toys and beds, pots galore utensils!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
