    I was trying to find a specific painting I found on the website and this older gal was trying to help me find it, and she made a really rude comment about how she thought it was tacky and why’d I’d want it to begin with. The whole thing threw me off and I just went to check out, I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon. I think her name was Christina or something, the cashier said she was one of the managers. Outside of that Ive never had any problems with the staff or customer service, very friendly except for this one time.

    Just left the store on N Division and will never go back. My mom and I found an outdoor pillow on the clearance isle marked 50% off but the barcode was missing. The only other pillow in same style was the same way. The lady at the register made us wait 10 minutes while she tried to locate item in her phone. I brought up on my phone all the 20” pillows were $17.99. I asked her why she couldn’t use that and she replied “I have to find the exact item” ??? Even the not on clearance pillows were $17.99!! What if she couldn’t find it, we can’t buy the pillow? After 20 minutes my 90 year old mom said forget it. The worst customer service representative ever. She didn’t even reach out to a manager.

    Big warehouse to look through. Alot of options as far as house decor. They dont supply shower curtains tho😪. The staff were helpful and helped direct me to where my desired items were.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
