I felt like I had stepped back in time to the days of personalized service. I was shopping for flooring, headed to paint to get another paint chip of the color I had already purchased, for matching purposes, which Maureen helped me find. She listened to my sad, sob bathroom remodeling story, loved the piece of flooring I had chosen to go with the paint, and then said they had some great prices on vanities. Maureen and crew rang up the vanity, flooring sample, and got it loaded into my car. The floor sample looked great in the bathroom, so will go back for the rest needed and shop for a shower. No need to look any where else with such great customer service at the East Sprague Spokane Store. Thanks again for being the shining light in my bathroom disaster!

Tried to do a credit card order via phone. The associate insisted on repeating my credit card number back to me as we went. I politely asked her not to as it was a security risk. She got upset, told me she didn't have to take this treatment and hung up. 🤔😲😔
Went to Lowe's across the street. The associate handled my transaction seamlessly. ❤️❤️❤️

Misleading inventory and prices, call ahead of time. I went to buy a black microwave because the website claimed it was in stock and was told they don't sell color variants in store? And then the employee seemed to produce a black one from the back.
Went in today for a faucet and was told they were unavailable, despite the website claiming there were 2 in stock.
Don't waste your time, if the website claims there is one in stock, odds are there isn't and that's just the one that's left is in the ding center. They will not sell floor models.

It’s a shame I had to go through this. How is it possible that the staff here don't know the return policies? I wanted to return my refrigerator. Long story short: two good employees treated me well and told me the return policy for appliances was 30 days. I respect policies, but I wanted to seek further assistance and speak with the manager to see if there was anything else that could be done or a solution that worked for both sides. The manager—an older gentleman—came over, and I explained the situation. He was rude and unfriendly; he got straight to the point and said, "You have 48 hours to return an appliance, and that's it." Because of his attitude and the way he treated me, I decided to cancel an order worth over $4,800.

I went into Lowe’s because I needed to get blinds cut to size. In past experiences this has always been a headache. That is until I ran into Paul B. Paul assisted me. His positive attitude turned an otherwise painful experience into a delight. If Lowe’s had more people like Paul working for them I would go there much more than I currently do

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
