  Great experience. We let them know what we needed, and they pointed us in the right direction and we were able to find a mattress quickly that worked for us and within budget. They had the mattress in stock and quickly loaded it up for us. It took no time at all. Very efficient, fair and knowledgeable.

  The associates at this store went above and beyond. I called ahead of time and spoke to Ephraim and he was so helpful! I had several questions about price guarantees or if the mattress goes on sale at a later date, if someone can help move the mattress, what type of mattress cover is needed for the warranty and much more. None of them were “sales-y” and genuinely seemed so nice and easy to talk to and were super transparent. I ended up working with Steve in the store and he helped me with exactly what I needed. I took my time laying on the different mattresses on my back and side which he recommended. I ended up with the Doctors Choice Elite Medium which was what I had bought previously and loved but left behind in CO. It’s pricy but absolutely worth it! I had no idea Denver Mattrress was also outside of Denver. I would absolutely recommend the Spokane Valley store!!! Huge thank you to Ephraim and Steve!!

  We had very good experience at Denver mattress especially with Steve Holland, he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and definitely recommend to others.

  We had a great experience at Denver Mattress! We originally came in just looking for pillows, and Kevin was incredibly helpful and informative without ever making us feel pressured. He really knew his stuff and took the time to help us narrow down the options and find what worked best for us. Kevin is also a fellow veteran, and I really appreciated that he made sure we knew Denver Mattress honors military members and veterans with a discount. That extra level of attention and customer service definitely stood out. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Denver Mattress—and especially Kevin—to any of my friends and family. If you’re shopping there, ask for Kevin!

  So happy with our shopping experience! When we walked in, we were greeted by Kevin, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right bed for us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly put in the effort to help us find the perfect fit. We ended up with the perfect bed, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!
