  Rude phone customer service, came out for one repair, dryer drum stuck. You’d think they would check out the whole dryer since they sold it. But no, the thermostat was not working. Instead of calling again to be talked down to over the phone, I called another company to finish the job. Would not recommend.

  They don't come to your place for repairs. You have to bring your washer/dryer to them. Wed Nov 19, 2025 around 9am. There was only one guy in the store who gave me a full 3 seconds of attention and told me that. Either I was lied to or all these reviewers have a nice a trailer bed and truck. I live 1.2 miles away and was duped by glowing recommendations from Nextdoor about a local repair shop on Trent. Please be transparent and add that condition of repair in your pitch on Google and elsewhere as an 'appliance repair' place. Do not withhold critical information like that. EDIT: The owner posted a reply, which tells me they care and are serving the community you the best of their abilities. I'd suggest adding "appliances and at-store repairs" for capturing the larger needs/market of the greater Spokane area

  I am a sports massage therapist, (and a mom to a teenager), with a packed schedule, so it’s a ton of laundry daily. And my washer died right before Halloween, the nightmare of all nightmares. I emergency purchased a washer from Home Depot. When it arrived it was shaking and definitely didn’t wash worth a damn. Purchased another one from Lowes and it was straight garbage as well. After reading copious amounts of reviews I finally headed over to Chuck’s Appliances. Steve greeted us and truly listened to my needs. He showed me two top loader machines that were way to small for my needs. So then he asked a few more questions and showed me a front loader and explained everything about it to me. I pulled the trigger and bought it. Let me tell you, this is literally the very BEST washer I have ever owned!!! I am absolutely gobsmacked at how: Sturdy it is. Unreal how clean it gets the laundry. Whisper silent. Did I say cleanest laundry ever?!?!?! If you are on the fence about buying used, let me reassure you that Steve has got you covered!
