  I'd never used pest control until last summer when they sold me on a package I thought I'd just give a try. Its been worth every penny! We were getting eaten alive by mosquitoes and after Aptive came they were gone. I had ants show up, gave them a call they came right out, no charge included in package, and zapped the ants and put down preventative measures and I've not seen any a year later. I had spiders nests hatch in my basement ACK! They got all those damn creepy things too. The guys that have come to the house have always been cheerful, friendly and polite. I would sometimes ask what it was they were doing and they were always happy to explain. Long story short, I'm extremely happy with the service.

  The team did an amazing job. They seemed to go above and beyond checking and spraying everything that they were supposed to. They got us ready for summer. Both of the technicians were super polite.

  This is a horrible pest control company to go through we had a basic plan where they come out every three months but you still have to pay monthly we started our contract May 14th 2025 I had to call them multiple times as they would schedule there appt to come out and they wouldnt show up or I had to call them for an appt our contract ended may 14th 2026 they told me I could not call til that day to cancel otherwise I would get a cancel fee but they ran our card on the 13th for the month and I wasn't allowed to cancel til the 14th they wont refund us...not a very good company to go through

  Walked through a "no soliciting" sign, ignored it, rang the bell, stirred up the dogs and then told me the sign didn't apply because "we are going to be parking cars" on your street because "all your neighbors are using us". Will call the police next time. Knocking on a door with a no soliciting sign is trespassing.

  Can’t stand this company. Had them in North Carolina and it was really hard to get out of the contract when we moved into an area they didn’t have service. And they also do not follow no soliciting signs. I have two of them in front of my house and yet they still come knocking and tell me over and over and over and over and over and over what they can do for me when I basically tell them no. Tell your guys to READ and RESPECT the signs in front of my house and don’t knock on my door.
