I paid for their services for about four months and saw zero results. Spiders and webs consistently on the home, ant colonies around patio concrete, flies, and bees. At $80 a month, I can go buy some $4 bee traps and hang them myself. When I called to cancel my contract early, they let me know that there would be a $200 cancellation fee. I said fine, charge me and cancel. They then said if I went through another priority service and was still unhappy with the results, they would waive the fee. They were supposed to come out the next week for the priority service. They didn't show up, showed up two weeks later, and charged me for another month. I waited another two weeks, saw no results, called to cancel, and they said I would be charged the $200 cancellation fee stating that I needed to go through four more treatments before they would waive it. The guy who came to the door was a great salesperson, but I'm never falling for one of these scams again.

Aptive did such an awesome job out at my place! Bryce got me set up with a pro plan that I really needed. Now all my mice, spiders, and box elder bugs are gone! Daulten did an excellent job around the house and in my shed. Now I can actually enjoy my summers reading and playing baseball with the kids!

Never used them but when you go door to door in a Level 2 evacuation zone trying to sell pest control... very insensitive. Kept saying no and just kept pushing. Really we have alot more on our minds.

It is currently August we have not seen a technician since April. Last years wasp bags are still hanging on my fence and trees. They promised to deal with the Voles we have, our cat gets more in one day then the technician has gotten in a year. We have mouse traps with dead mice in them. The technician reported to me last spring that he rebated the outside mouse bate trays. Yet one is still covered in snow and one by the chicken coop still has about 2 inches of undisturbed dust.

If their salesmen are any indication of how this company operates, STEER CLEAR.
Just had the most unprofessional and rude experience from this company. A salesman knocked on my door at 8:30pm. I answered the door and asked if I could help him. He stood there scrolling on his phone for 10 seconds while I’m just standing there staring at him and wondering why he’s on my property. He finally asked, “Hey. How are you?
It’s dark, I don’t want solicitors, and I certainly don’t want to wake the baby so I closed the door and said no thank you.
He then proceeded to knock aggressively and VERY loudly on my door, setting off my dog and waking my sleeping baby. I answered the door and again asked, “Can I help you?”
He just recited the same “Hey. How are you?” in an aggressive tone before trying to give me a sales pitch.
I’m not proud of it, but I was not kind when I told him to leave my property.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
