The results were so bad that I hired another company to come and clean the carpets again. They said that the men from Pure Clean obviously had no idea what they were doing. It was as if they bought some equipment and thought they could just use it. Furthermore, when I complained the "boss" came to my house and shouted at me. I can never even imagine being treated so rudely. He was actually frightening and totally out of line!

Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient and professional. I have recommended them to the apartment manager where I live because management is always having to clean carpets in common areas and are running out of options because the end result is not good and it has to be done multiple times to look decent. You also can't beat the price. Considering a new mattress would have cost me close to $2000, I was happy to only have to pay $438! No weird smells, and it only took about 40 minutes to do. I can't say enough good things about this company!
