  Very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and Marci showed up early to measure and design our room for the future and was very friendly and got us exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend the Silverdale store. Our salesman was Josh and did a fantastic job also

  We like the La-Z- Boy products and headed to our Silverdale store. Maggie greeted us, listened to what we were looking for checking in with us as we wandered the store's excellent choices. We purchased 2 recliners and all was taken care of quickly. Maggie was very friendly but professional.

  I bought a La-Z-Boy rocking reclining loveseat yesterday and am waiting for delivery. Mark showed me pieces appropriate for my height of 5’. He gave me input on his observation of my neck and head support while in a reclining position. He worked with me to find the perfect fabric that blends with our existing burgundy furniture. I found him to be professional, friendly and thorough, without pressuring me. Most other furniture stores just pointed me in the general direction of where reclining furniture was and told me to let them know if I needed anything, after I told them I wanted help in finding something for my height. I’ve wanted to replace our firm sofa with softer cushioning and found it at La-Z-Boy. I originally thought I wanted a sofa for overnight guests but decided on the loveseat which takes up less space, giving me more living room arrangement options and it sleeps two people. Plus, it is a rocking style, perfect for more great grand babies. An upcoming shoulder surgery motivated me to finally replace the sofa with something I will actually use because it’s comfortable for me.

  Came in to the store, looking to buy one chair For my husband found the perfect chair for him. It's a techie chair. It's amazing. You can charge your phone in it. You can hold your tablet in it. It's got a cupholder. It's electric. It has two drawers is what I call it that open on both sides to where you can put paperwork if you want to or gaming equipment if you need to. Just love the chair. We ended up buying too. I needed the chair to hold my gaming stuff. 😂 Jadyn Was Our sales associate. Great guy. He was very knowledgeable about the Chair. We had The chairs sent out for different colors and he was very helpful on that due to we have grandchildren from the age of 3 to newborn, and they spill things and the fabric that we chose is perfect for that. Thank you Jadyn For helping us pick the Grandchild fabric. All in all from walking in the door of leaving the door, he made it a great experience. He's our guy when we go back.
