She’s been there for years and knows more than anyone else about where everything is and more. I love going to world market, but just like most places customer service has declined. Caroline is what I wish everyone was. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. It’s sooo hard to find anyone that has even one of those qualities in any store or restaurant these days. And I love world market. Caroline brings it to another level just by her being there.

Having experienced everything from indifference, high quality rudeness and racially motivated behavior I can longer frequent this store. Support a local business or buy online - avoid this place…you don’t need a side serving of hatred along with your chocolate bar.

The staff was patient during selection, but the production took longer than promised—around 12 days instead of the 8 they mentioned. I got a couple of updates through WhatsApp which helped. When it finally arrived, the color looked slightly darker than the sample in the showroom. I informed them and they sent a technician who adjusted the cushions and fixed the issue. After that, it fit perfectly in my living room and feels very comfortable.

But this is Seattle...everything is being taxed to death by the city. My God! We have to have another light rail!

The locations is conveninet , and i love that they offer curbside pickup for bigger items. it's a goldmine for unique home goods and international treats !.
