    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     I am very disappointed in the purchase of my Weber barbecue from Lowe’s Aurora store in Seattle Washington. I ordered the barbecue. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday two days ago that did not happen then it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday yesterday that did not happen then I was promised by a store representative that would be delivered on Friday today and that didn’t happen so so now I have to wait wait till Monday, May 11 and I’m not even sure that’s gonna happen. We will see very disappointed.

    I'm 69 years old and have great difficulty walking. I asked a worker to help me find something. They took off at a pace that on my best day I can't maintain. I asked him to slow down and that seemed to make him go faster. After losing me in the store he just up and disappeared. I went back to the area that we had first met up at. After 15 minutes I saw the worker and was able to get his attention by flailing my arms and practically yelling. He came over and asked if he could help. I explained he was suppose to be helping me now and reminded him what I was looking for. He said, "oh I couldn't find it" Then when I asked if I could buy the floor model he and the clerk at the register said they needed manager approval. After all of us just staring at each other for awhile, I told them to call a manager then. Instead of calling on radio the clerk sent the first unhelpful worker to find a manager. After 5 minutes they returned with someone that after I explained what I wanted told me that it needed manager approval and the would go find someone to help me. I left my cart with a couple of hundred dollars worth of merch. right there and left. I went to Home Depot and they helped me and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Employees at Lowe's at bitter lake don't know what they're doing.

    Today I rented a truck and moved three pallets of mulch. Everything was very streamlined and easy. Paola took care of everything and made sure the pallets were ready for pick up. Kassi was great taking care of everything both check in and check out. Really a great experience.
