She was exceedingly lovely to my parents despite a language barrier and went above and beyond to help them solve their issue and ensure they understood everything that was discussed. I wasn’t interested in changing storage units but witnessing Misty’s phenomenal customer service made me change my mind. Thank you for everything today, Misty! We appreciated your kindness so much!

I got there after 5:30 and technically they're not supposed to take payment 30 minutes before closing And the assistant manager stayed after and did extra work. Just so he could get me into my unit. Because he knew how dire it was that I get. The unit at that moment there aren't any words that can express. How grateful I am for what he had done for me. And I feel that He truly cared about mine and my family's situation and it struggles All I have to say is that as long as extra space is around i will be renting a unit from them. And should it lie to me.I cannot remember the assistant manager's name at the 14301A 130th street Northeast. I give them a 10 out of 10 any day, and at no time did he ever show that he was irritated? He just wanted to help solve the problem. And then you get me into that unit because it was so important
- KCKianna ColonApr 25, 20265.0I moved here from another storage facility over a year ago. The place is kept up well, customer service is decent, and Misty (property manager I think) is very nice. She’s come to fix a gate problem at night before and she always says to let her know if I have questions. I know other people that have units here as well and also like their space. Also, thank you Extra Space for having several carts available for use. The last place I was at only had 2 or 3 available for one building.
