    Greetings! Extra Space in the Ballard area is nice, new, clean, secure and very customer-friendly. Since move-in this past January I have found the Manager, Pashance, to be very helpful and pleasant to work with. I'm happy to be a tenant.

    This is such a great storage facility. It’s easy to get in and very secure. Hailey, the assistant manager, was super helpful and amazing when we were trying to get our last cargo into the facility. We are so thankful that Hailey was there and was so helpful that day. We are planning on using this facility for a long time.

    From start to finish, the process of picking, renting and accessing my new unit has been easy. The only problems I had were because I didn’t pay attention, tarting with the wrong unit number. The property manager Patience totally lives up to her name too. I’m a lot and she was so nice and helpful. This was a great decision for me, I’ll bet it is for you too.
