Holy moly Pashance is the bomb. She is patient beyond belief. She is a problem solver. She is customer service queen. The place is clean and bright and half of what I am paying at my old place. So glad I found this place’

1 star review for extra space storage.
Signed up at $77 rate for a tiny space.
A few months later they basically doubled it. If I were to sign up as a new customer they would charge less than what they raised us to.
The employees are so nice and I feel so bad for them. Corporate tells them nothing and they can make any decisions for themselves.
They have no reason, schedule, or explanation of when,why, or how much rent will go up in the future.
These are the facts.
Brand new building and none of the doors, elevators, or entrances respond to the app.

Fantastic location, secure facility, and friendly customer experience. It's not often you get all three with storage facilities.
It was a breeze to sign up and gain access to the building. Their app provides digital access and reminds you of the gate codes. I had a bit too much stuff and had to move everything to a larger unit, but they make the process easy. If you transfer in the first 30 days, there's no fee either.

I am having an excellent storage experience at Extra Space Storage in Ballard! Pashance Is very Kind, Efficient, and extremely helpful. She makes the leasing process smooth, and I feel better, knowing my items are being stored in a clean, orderly, and very secure facility! I highly recommend this storage facility! ♥️☺️🙌🏽

Pashence was so helpful!! She was kind, answered all our questions thoroughly, and provided step by step ‘what to do next’ instructions after looking at a few units. She made us feel so welcomed! The building itself is nice, clean, and well staffed. Surprisingly cool inside too, which was a bonus. I feel very comfortable storing my things here.
