  I was very pleased with the plan and installation until 9 months later when I began noticing bare spots in the lawn.⁸ Knowing that there was a warranty on the product and work, I called multiple times. Never received a response until I contacted the designer. After that, I've been shuffled between the installer and workmen. This began in June, and I have yet to receive a resolution. They sent me a proposal but having questions, I again attempted to contact them. I'm still waiting to hear from the installation foreman and for him to come and look at the situation. It is my understanding that the cause could have multiple reasons but all I ask at this point is a plan of action and clarification of costs. Since writing this, Greenhaven contacted me (Josh) and followed up on their work. I am quite satisfied at this point with the remedy they provided and the lawn replacement. Thank you for your professionalism and follow-up.

  Greenhaven just completed a month long landscaping project at our house. The waterfall that Romero and Jose constructed exceeded our expectations. Workers were good about containing mud and dirt from getting everywhere during construction. Kris our project manager was always available and kept us up to speed on the progress each day. I would definitely recommend Greenhaven if you want a quality landscaping job that will improve both your quality of life and property value. Rusty

  These guys did my back patio. Very professional, Clean and on time. The craftsmanship was top notch and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to do home improvements. I had then build concrete patios and gorgeous block walls and all the trimmings and landscaping. Thank you to the guys at Greenhaven. Thank you Erac!

  We were looking at getting some work done in our backyard to help with the muddy spots that wouldn't dry almost all year! We rarely went out without boots on. We had some fun planning sessions where Rick, the owner, gave us some fun ideas and we decided on getting our backyard turfed! WE LOVE IT! Greenhaven and their team did an amazing job keeping us updated throughout the project and getting our turf in. Honestly, it will be hard to move from our home ever because I am sold on this turf and how much fun we have had on it all summer and all winter! Our dog never gets muddy, our little girl never gets muddy and our yard looks great year round! We would 100% recommend Greenhaven for your landscaping needs and we have recommended them to many friends! Thank you for the diligent work you do and helping to turn our yard from unused space into something we use ALL THE TIME! Your the best!

  I was very surprised to have them tell me they had aerated and then dethatch my lawn. How they could have done that without leaving any holes were there was bare dirt was a good trick. I have never heard of of anyone doing that, because you always dethatch and then aerate. I do not believe they aerated. I had to ask for an invoice because I was billed without one. Very sloppy office work.
