  My brief experience with Dez has been positive. She answered the phone promptly each time I called. She was not present every time I entered the storage lot but was present when my partner emptied the storage unit and we were able to hand off the unit at lease end. She offered to sweep it out herself, which we were grateful for since we had no broom. Since Dez started at our Bux Bear location, the area looks cleaner and less cluttered.

  Great staff and facility.!! However the doors are very lightweight and don’t seal well to keep out dirt and dust. It also doesn’t stay open you have to hold it up or prop it up or it comes down which isn’t safe. Asphalt in the future would help tremendously.

  I have such a wonderful experience when interacting with Dez! She's always there to greet you with a smile & wave, when I coming on site. She's always so helpful and willing to help whenever I'm in need! It's really is nice to have such a great manager on site! Thanks Dez for all you do!!
