- MMMikeMay 7, 20262.0I refuse to give my business to that other big box store (HomeStuff), but my faith in Lowes is dipping- after a home delivery failed (they sent the wrong part), I called the store and asked to send somebody to the shelf to verify that the web site was correct, and they actually had the part. The associate assured me they had the correct part. So I made the trek to the store, only to discover he LIED! They did NOT! So I guess I can't trust the website's inventory, nor can I even trust an associate 🙄

The clerk just laughed at me when I brought it up. Im here with a truck to haul too but the price was "mistakenly" priced! I'll take my business elsewhere!
- SSSiviengHApr 23, 20263.0Ordered an LG cooktop from Lowe’s website and picked it up. After picking it up, found out that the price dropped $100. I went to the store, and they couldn’t do it from the store. Called their customer service if I can get the price adjustment, after holding for over 30 minutes, they said that their policy said if it’s not Lowe’s credit card they can only adjust the price within 48 hours from the day that it was ordered. The 30-day price adjustment is only good for Lowe’s credit card. I told them that their online price adjustment doesn’t mention this. This doesn’t seem right. I’ve told them that this policy doesn’t want to retain future return customers.
- SWShuo WApr 8, 20261.0Update: Saw the customer service reply, it’s actually funny because I’ve called that number several times already, wasted hours of my time. On the plus side, they agreed with me that what the store did was unacceptable, however unfortunately they can’t convince the store to refund me either, so I ended up created a dispute in paypal. Lack of training of staff in this Renton store is appalling. They delivered my online order to someone else, and they refused to give me the correct item, and refused a refund to me too. These thieves basically took my money and ran away. It was an order of about 400 bucks.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
