  Wow as older person needed storage Jaime made it so easy & very clear! I had a load to store! Did it without any trouble it was clean safe & secure storage! Lights everywhere ! At first I was apprehensive about the elevator’s on third floor! I would recommended it for anyone ! This facility made it so easy! Thank you Jaime for calming my fears ! Maybe did this once in my life long ago it wasn’t very good experience! Only Rainier for me! I’m 77 senior self reliant!

  I don't remember her name but the nice lady out front was able to get us into our storage unit very easily. I changed the size of my unit which was very easy but she had to start over again which I felt bad about. Also we didn't know how to use the doors to get in to use the cards and next thing you know she was there checking on us. Very nice very easy. Thank you

  First and second floor is great for storage; however, the third floor during summer is horrible. All the heat rises and there is no air flow. Feels like you are working in a sauna, especially on a hot day. Staff is great no complaints, didn’t give 5 stars due to issues on third floor. Another 3rd floor issue, someone decided to store additional items outside their unit. They used the little space between the unit and the ceiling to store their additional belongings.The smell emanating from these bags are horrendous. Combine a hot day and the smell, the 3rd floor is miserable. Unfortunately you seem to carry the smell home. When addressed with staff, they said they are dealing with it, but they couldn’t remove the bags as the space between is part of the tenants storage. This was mind blowing as I assumed all belongs needed to be stored within the unit itself, but I guess the space between the unit and ceiling is free game.

  Friendly and helpful staff. High security which is nice making it impossible for someone to gain access. If you need storage this is the place to store your belongings!

  Keau was amazing very knowledgeable and through! My move in was so smooth and quick! 10/10 would recommend.
