I would not recommend going here. The employees and managers lie and lack of training. I called ahead to check if they price match items from depot. They said yes as long as its the same model. I drove 30mins to get the item just to get told they wont match the price.

Once again, Lowes had what I needed and surprisingly at very competitive price. Though, the shelf where my product should have been was empty, the reserve stock was visible high above, AND I found an associate who was able to locate a portable staircase. Another surprise was that the same associate did not move some of that reserve to the void on the retail shelf, but at least I got mine;-)

I have always preferred home depot.
Yesterday we bought the wrong size of a product. Still brand new, we wanted to return it today, less than 24 hours later, because we can't find the receipt, we are told too bad. We can't return the brand new item and exchange for the correct size.
So now we have x2 of a brand new item we cannot use, and we have to purchase x2 of the correct size. And do what? Throw away the items?
Noone will ever be allowed to shape at Lowe's for any project or business of mine ever again.
They just forfeited my business for life. I can wait to see Lowe's close down and go bankrupt

He saw a lady in a mobility scooter and he slowed his speech down and talk to me like I must be dumb. Did not like that. THIS STORE IS STEALING FROM YOU AND HOPING YOU DON'T NOTICE! Double-check what you are charged!!!
I have been overcharged at this store at least three times that I know of for sure—and probably more before I finally realized what was happening. This store marks up prices in its system and hopes you won't notice.
Specifically, we purchased three very large Japanese maples at $300 a piece for our new home. We liked them so much that I went back to buy another one later. That is when the register rang it up as $350 plus tax. It became a whole ordeal just to get it "discounted" to the advertised sales tag price (that was on the item with the correct description of the tree) of $300. When I got home, I dug up our original receipt for the first three trees and saw that I had been overcharged on that visit as well!
I took pictures of all four price tags and brought my receipt back to the store for an adjustment. I was treated like I was the one trying to pull a fast one. The woman at the returns desk flat-out refused to believe me. Instead of taking the time to radio or call an associate out to the garden center to check, she actually made me go back outside and haul a 15-foot tree into the store just to prove it. Even after proving it, I was still treated like I was a major inconvenience to her.
Well, I just went back this weekend and purchased another tree. The tag clearly said $79.99, but it rang up as $100. After standing in a long line on a busy day, the cashier told me I had to go over to Customer Service to fix it. I politely refused and asked her to call someone out for the price override instead. When I was treated like I was holding up the line and like I had done something wrong for insisting they charge what they have marked on thier tags ( which are correct and not a Tag from another plant stuck on, these nursery tags have images & descriptions and prices on them so there is no mistake).
Again, THIS STORE IS STEALING FROM YOU AND HOPING YOU DON'T NOTICE. When you do catch them and call them out on it, they act like you are the problem!
Extra star only because they have plants I like.
