  I’ve been renting here (several units) for 3+ years and this facility is great!! It’s clean, safe, well lit and offers convenient access. And Georgiana… she is AMAZING!! This place would be lost without her! She offers exceptional customer service and is on top of EVERYTHING! I love that they offer Smart Lock units! No need to purchase cylinder locks that are useless when no longer needed. Easy app access and you can permit others to enter your unit via their app. And let’s not forget their generous promotions (75% off your first 2 months)! I highly recommend this location (Graham, WA). If you are looking for a safe, clean and fairly priced storage facility, this is the place - tell them Rochelle sent you!! 😊

  The staff was beyond amazing. Gorgie at the front desk was extremely helpful and got me set up quick and easy. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for a storage unit.

  I just want to say, Gorgiana is AMAZING! Excellent customer service, very thorough and a beautiful personality. She walked us through what size we needed for our 2200 sq ft home. Helped us navigate the app for payment and gate access. I would like to thank her for everything she has done for us, and should be recognized it. I will be referring friends/family to her if they are in need of storage. Sincerely Sheryl

  These 5 stars are for Georgianna, specifically, and also Elizabeth. They've time and time again gone above and beyond to be helpful, courteous, and hospitable - complimentary waters and restroom access for customs is A BONUS! and, they maintain a great facility. It's unfortunate that more folks don't have this same work ethic! However, the technology used at this facility for the internal app-accessible units still needs A Lot of work. It's time intensive and frustrating to constantly have to buzz in, only to sometimes not be able to get through the external door closest to your unit becasue some other goofball customer jammed the door prior, etc. Overall clean grounds, with some tech bugs to still work out!
