    This was my first time visiting an At Home. I was really impressed with their selection. I was looking for a decorative planter and I found two beautiful ones that were not expensive. They also have a lot of furniture. I picked up a cute end table.

    I was a huge fan and regular customer of At Home until recently. I bought curtains and brought them home. Unfortunately they were the wrong color. I brought them back the same day with the receipt and attempted to exchange them for the same curtains but different color. The cashier was “unable to bring up the item” after typing in the number on the physical receipt. She just let me take the different color home without it going through in the system. Unfortunately the curtains still did not work in the room. We attempted to bring them back this morning WITH a physical receipt and the same cashier said “oh well, there is not a number on the receipt the matches in the system.” So now I’m out $50 for no fault of my own. This is not right.

    Big store, appears to mostly be bargin products. Some seemed very low end, others seemed slightly better. Did buy a few things.

    I love this store. Huge selection for each season. I love going in to just browse and kill time. Every piece of furniture that I have bought has lasted.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
