  So helpful and friendly. I live real close to another one (not an Aqua Quip) where they are not friendly and make helping you seem like it is an effort. So driving a little further is well worth the service you get at Aqua Quip in Puyallup.

  Justin and Kali saved the day! I came into Aqua Quip very unsure of what I needed and worried it would cost an arm and a leg to get our family pool into working order. They walked me through the process step-by-step, including testing our pool water, while helping me stay within the budget I outlined. Thank you both so much for your help, time, and patience! Thankful to know we have a place we can go to for great service and help with future needs.

  Cierra always helps me and always goes into depth on helping me and she remembers me everytime I come in. She tell me to call on phone for updates to assist because I do not live close and I wouldnt go anywhere else

  I can’t say enough good things about Cierra at Aqua Quip in Puyallup! From the moment I cand into the store looking for help opening my above-ground pool, she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. As someone who had plenty of questions, I never once felt rushed or like I was bothering her. She took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and make sure I had what I needed to get my pool up and running. What stood out most was how much she genuinely seemed to care about helping me, not just making a sale. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Cierra went above and beyond. Thank you for making the process so much easier and less stressful! Aqua Quip is lucky to have you.

  We purchased a hot tub for the first time and Justin Davis was our sales representative. Justin was new and alone in the store but handled himself so professionally with phone calls, customers coming in and him getting us the answers we needed to make a purchase decision. We look forward to a long relationship with Aqua Quip thanks to Justin.
