Aqua quip sold me a Dreammaker spa 3 months ago that leaked. Despite numerous phone calls to sales, technicians and managers they have been unable to fix the problem due to its construction, with a small access door on only one side. Techs were sent out twice. They refused to refund my money in spite of a one year warranty. Management refused my $1000 offer to upgrade to a spa that has access to all plumbing in spite of a recommendation from sales staff. They also refused my offer to accept $1,000 toward any future repairs to inaccessible areas and to extend my warranty to one year from the time the spa might actually be repaired. Perhaps this spa should be renamed the Nightmare.

I’m proud to say I was Blake’s first sale (with Kali’s help). They were so pleasant to work with. I was very surprised that the hot tub does not have holes in it for the power. That was super weird to me. But Seth and Christina came and almost saved the day and made a hole. There was an issue with my electrical. Seth knows his stuff. He was on the phone with my electrician and troubleshooting. Definitely went the extra mile. The warehouse could leave a little to be desired because they brought the wrong steps and forgot to include the metal bands. But I wouldn’t take a star away from that. The delivery guys were funny and honest. I appreciated that while I was reeling from the no hole for electrical thing. How can you hardwire it with no hole!?!? Also D Rose has a beautiful voice but it’s so perfect I thought he was AI and I asked him if he was. He said no, but I was still on the fence. He was very helpful as well. I’m not sure AI would have been as helpful. I will definitely be recommending this business.

I walked in here not knowing much but knew that I wanted a hot tub. Cierra is absolutely knowledgeable and friendly and now I know what I’m looking for. I’m for sure coming back to buy a hot tub soon from her when I finish the deck.

Cierra saved this rating. Generally pretty good, her level of commitment to take care of her customers just is amazing and I would wholeheartedly recommend her if you are seeking something awesome for your backyard.
