Order #: 300902142264518642 I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times. I ordered this dishwasher in May and now it’s not being delivered until August (I’ve cancelled as of today) I am lived! I want a refund for the protection plan as well but it wouldn’t let me select it. Honestly this is BS. How can this company expect to stay in business. We have been waiting for this dishwasher for months and each time we think it’s about to be delivered the kick the date down the road a little further. Just tell me it’s not available if it’s not available. I expect a total refund (including the protection plan, which I haven’t received yet). It’s honestly time to contact the BBB.

Lowe’s has a lot of great stuff. But don’t order cabinets from them. The lady who recently helped me at Port Orchard required that I sit there for hours while she tried to figure out how to enter a very uncomplicated cabinet plan into the order. And now the delivery is a total mess…. Lowe’s hands off the process to the cabinet company and the cabinet company hands of to the delivery company. We get hung up on when we try to get any info on the delivery. We were told one day they would be delivered by 8 pm and so we waited at the site all day and no one showed. We get told they will call us back and they never do. No one is taking responsibility for our order. We thought we would save some money for a simple cabinet order…. But this is a disaster. I wish I could go back and go to a cabinet specialist who manages the entire process.

Purchases windows a year ago. Took 6 months and several phone calls to get the right material and installed. The installers rushed the job had to get another guy to come out and finish which was another couple months. Trim in done poorly they didn't clean the windows after install leaving finger prints grease and silicone all over them. We said the windows had cracks they cane back looked and cleaned a couple then said the cracks were silicone and it would come off. Well winter came and went i finally was able to get up on ladder to try and clean the windows come to find out the window the big picture window has deep gauges in it. I have been calling and emailing for a month with no help from lowes. I get the same answer, we are looking into it we will call you. But they dont. now i am stuck waiting. Not happy. I use Lowes a lot but lately no good. Now i am having issues with my carpet order.

I bought a remote garage door opener for my son's new house from Lowe's PT Orchard a few months back. Unfortunately, he had to buy an entire new garage door opener, which came with a remote plus phone app. My purchase became unnecessary. Anyway, I visit the store on Wednesday morning to return it. Store manager denied the return stating it was purchased over 90 days ago. In my defense, when I bought the remote, the young lady who was helping me stayed that "I could return it if it doesn't work." Evidently, she inadvertently forgot to add "within 90 days." It's not the refund amount, but rather the principal of the matter. McLendons in Woodinville, Scott McLendons in Belfair, and Home Depot in Woodinville have honored all my returns, and appreciated my purchases. Oh, well .
