They are locally owned and operated, not like the other places around Olympia. When the big orange public place kept raising our rates, 5 years in a row, enough was enough. I called On Guard and they had several units in the size we needed. Signed a lease that day, and they held true to their word about not raising rates....they stayed the same for 2 years! So do yourself a favor if you're looking for storage....go here!
