A really bad customer service and rode.
I've got 20 bags of Red Mulch but it's been really old maybe 2 years old, completely dark brown and bad quality.
Return everything......

It's Lowes! Shop here over the others but this store needs help. Many experiences of bad service, but this last one was awful. Customer service is not up to standard. We had an appointment for Kitchen cabinets and got texts saying the appointment is approaching even an hour before saying confirmed appointment. Took time off from work to go to this and get cabinets ordered for their special they had. Got to the store and waited 30 minutes in the cabinets section at the desk. Asked twice to another associate. Finally, the associate said, "I guess they called out today." No apology. I asked why we weren't notified, and they said "That is online and automated." Could have cared less, even knowing we waited and asked them multiple times. Why did the Manager of the store not do something to notify the "Automated system" by marking the employee out? Would that have done it? No manager came out to say sorry, even though that's who the associate talked to. Thankfully, Thomas, at the Lacy store, squeezed us in. See my review of that store soon. They are always Awesome. I will go out of my way to go to that one. Too many times going to the Olympia store with bad service, Store delivery issues, etc... Olympia Lowe's now owes me for at least one hour of my time missed at work! Good luck with that lol.

It has been 2+ years and this place still sucks to deliver to. Can't deliver per instructions because you've blocked access. You do not want to ensure smooth delivery because you don't care enough to make changes.

I stopped in today and was looking for the peel and stick tiles. I saw them a few days ago and couldn't find them. I asked an associate, Seth, and he showed me where they were. BUT, those were not it. He suggested maybe I saw them somewhere else (like another store). I moved on. Then I went to the window area to look for a shade. Guess who was there....yep, Seth. He them told me there was another area where they had the tiles and took me there. He was so nice and we laughed knowing I wasn't losing my mind!! Seth helped me find the shades and was able to cut them for the size I needed. Thank you Seth for all the jokes and your amazing customer service!

I have always wanted my brother to do some remodeling for me. Sadly a large portion of his tools were stolen when someone broke into his workshop recently. As a retired teacher with low income I would be able to make him a very happy camper if I receive that generous offer from Lowe’s. My brother has been a wonderful caring person for his much older sibling whose health is starting to decline.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement
How do I find a product online?

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
