  I dont think I've ever had a worse experience. Purchasing the sofa was easy enough, the staff at this location was super helpful with that. But after discussing with my spouse, we decided to go a different route. We requested to cancel the order the very next day right when they opened, a shipping label hadn't even been created yet. They made a huge hassle of it, and then to our shock, we get an email saying that the order shipped. We called and mentioned this and they said that they sent the request to cancel to FedEx. BUT they only canceled one part of the order. Because crazy enough, this thing ships in 13 different boxes with 13 different tracking numbers!!! So they canceled one tracking number for one box. We are told that we cant get our $7000 refund until they have record that all 13 boxes are returned to their warehouse. Why were they shipped??!!! So now we get to suffer for their mistakes. Who knows how long it will be before we will get our refund,.. I am absolutelyshocked and appalled at how hard this whole thing has been made to be. Quick to take our money, but practically refusing to give it back.

  This experience has been beyond insane, im leaving a review in hopes to save a future potential customer from experiencing the same insanity. I went into this showroom on Sunday March 23rd thinking about getting a new couch. After speaking to the very nice staff at placed an order that came out to just over $7,000. Upon leaving my spouse and I spoke about the cost and what it was we were getting for that money. We decided it was a silly purchase so I went back Into the store the very next morning on March 24th around 11am to ask what the price differences would be if we changed the setup. Come to find out each seating position is $1,000......... yes that isnt a typo........ each section you physically sit in is $1,000 each. I told them to cancel the order as it had not been shipped and they have a 60 day trial regardless so a return policy isnt an issue. Here's where the insanity starts. They can't just look your order up like EVERY SINGLE STORE IN EXISITANCE, no......... he had to line item create a new order to submit a refund request authorization form. Which he couldn't even get to display the same charge they billed me for. I'm told it's all canceled and I'll see my refund within 7-10 business days. The same day a shipping label is all the sudden created, still not shipped though. The next day March 25th the items showed shipped from California and ON THE WAY. At this point I call lovesac corporate as well as the store and consistently get lied to and given the runaround on what's happening. Everyone is telling me not to worry the order is canceled and isnt be shipped or delivered March 26th and the tracking says it's on its way. I wake up this morning March 27th and the tracking is showing its making progress to be delivered to my address. Lovesac doesnt seem to have any honest people and I would be incredibly careful ever ordering anything through them. If the FedEx truck attempts to deliver at my private property they will be refused and told to RTS (return to sender) with video recording and property cameras recording. I have had to file a dispute with my bank and upload all the email conversations along with the return authorization paper they gave me because of the lies they've tried telling me about what should have be a simple order cancelation.
