- DDDenise DevlynJul 31, 20265.0Eli came out to help us with a few fruit trees in our yard that have a black knot fungal infection, but he went above and beyond. Not only did he walk us through how to address the infection, he also shared great advice on how to best care for all of the fruit trees in our yard. He gave us honest guidance and a clear game plan for this fall to help get everything back on track. If you're looking for an arborist or just need expert advice, I highly recommend Pioneer Tree Service. They were also incredibly easy to schedule with, and everyone on the team was great to work with.

Certified arborist Eli came out on short notice to consult on how best to trench, and not damage the roots of a large tree on our property. He was VERY helpful, knowlegdeable, and a real problem solver. He then spent more time answering my questions from Bore Beetles, and Laurels to Excelsa Cedars and Arbor Vita. A wealth of great knowledge. He allowed us to get our trench in and save our tree too. And I will be having him plant several trees on our property too. I highly recommend Pioneer and Eli.

Not only did he solve the major issue, but gave me several suggestions as to what to "look for" and do in the future. I was thrilled. Eli is very knowledgeable and shared his wisdom with a smile on his face. I hope to call on Pioneer again when the need arises!
