- SMSharon McCullochtoday3.0Very busy at the registers. What is extremely annoying is to watch their front end person refuse to work a register but stand there and micromanage the cashiers.
- SEShawn ElderOct 5, 20262.0I was harassed by security front the very moment I walked into their store. I understand they have a job to do. Believe me, I understand better than most people for a living. I am a retail merchandiser for Kroger, so I know how bad theft is in the stores nowadays. But my point is, from the very moment I walked into Hobby Lobby. I was literally harassed. She would not stop following me within 2 feet behind me. The whole time I tried to shop, I do not and never have been someone who steals not ever in my life. I have no record I've ever been in trouble cause I've never stolen anything in my entire life. And then I'm 55 years old, it was uncomfortable. It was apparent. She was rude and I will never return to that hobby. Lobby for the rest of my life. I still am thinking and think I should file a complaint with corporate about their loss prevention person. I could not shop. I ended up leaving the store putting my stuff just down and leaving the store. It made my Enjoy shopping at Hobby Lobby. A nightmare and again. I know just better than anybody else out there. How bad theft is in grocery stores or any store these days? It's gotten so out of hand so ridiculous, but I did nothing to warrant her to follow me around this door the whole time I was there. After giving this review, I am without a doubt. Going to complain to corporate about this person. You should not have to go into a store and be harassed to the point that you are uncomfortable experience is a nightmare and they're targeting you for the purpose of what I didn't have any big bag. I wasn't a backpack, my purse wasn't very big at all and again, I've never stolen a thing in my life. That kind of behavior is uncalled for and is not watching or doom their job for loss prevention. You are literally stalking and harassing the customer at that point. And I was very harassed, and she stalked me the whole time I was there.\n 'S.A. suggestion to lost prevention for hobby, lobby. In Burlington, Washington, you were literally not doing your job. You literally harassed me and I'm gonna file a complaint and see how far I can go to make sure that nobody else has that kind of experience why they're shopping in your store. The lady should be camped. She should be fired.I would not want a los prevention person working for me.That was like her, absolutely not.You lose your customers over person like her
