If you want the authentic 'presumed to be shoplifting and detention/ interrogation ' experience this is the place! 🤡Guaranteed to waste 3 hours of your day for sure and the Opportunity to mingle and make friends with local law enforcement. This Is Definitely The Place! 👮♂️🚨 and inadvertently re-route all my home improvement needs to the friendly neighborhood Home Depo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now all joking aside: I have now decided to share this experience with others and look into my options for legal action. I was detained against my will and by what appeared to be unqualified and unprofessional staff, in the absence of evidence which would require such an action. My ID was taken away from me and I was threatened with a misdemeanor charge. First and foremost I would like a public apology. Myself or possibly my attorney will be in touch. Thank you.

I am a General Contractor and can't say enough about Josh & Derreck! I had a large order and they helped me with my order like a pro. At Lowes the salesperson are knowledgable, hard working and really care. I quit going to Home Depot because their staff that I experienced always had to track down someone else for construction and tool knowledge.

They say they honor military, but I’m not feeling very honored here. I have a government issued ID from the VA with my current photo on it. They say the only way they can give me a discount is if I give them all my personal information. So instead of actually honoring veterans they mine their data and I’m sure sell it to who ever. Shame on Lowe’s. Finally after I asked to speak with a manager and the lady at checkout made a huge scene, come to find out she did have a means to do it without all my information and awkward questions about my disability. How embarrassing. Won’t be back to this store.
