They say they honor military, but I’m not feeling very honored here. I have a government issued ID from the VA with my current photo on it. They say the only way they can give me a discount is if I give them all my personal information. So instead of actually honoring veterans they mine their data and I’m sure sell it to who ever. Shame on Lowe’s. Finally after I asked to speak with a manager and the lady at checkout made a huge scene, come to find out she did have a means to do it without all my information and awkward questions about my disability. How embarrassing. Won’t be back to this store.

I came in on May 19th looking for Rust removal for cast Iron. I found a liquid I thought would work, I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't read the fine print on the bottle. I stopped Mellissa assistant manager and asked her if she could read the fine print or let me know if she knew anything about the Product and if I could use it on my cast iron pans. Mellisa then read the back of the bottle, and confirmed it with a google search that it was not safe to use on cast-iron pans you eat out of. I'm so appreciative of her time and help because I would have bought the product and then got home and would've had to return it. Melissa shared her knowledge about rust on cast-iron pans and I was very thankful for the information that she gave to me about how to get rid of the rust and care of the pans after have gotten rusty. Thank you Melissa and your 5 star customer service. I hope all your employees take your lead.
