Aaron and crew did an amazing job on a very difficult hillside. We had a dead pine tree that was a fall risk to our neighbors house on a steep hillside. The job was very technical, as the hillside was too steep and the tree too far up from road access. Aaron was able to use a neighboring tree to repel over to the dead tree. They left a small snag for birds and other wildlife to use. They were able to get the remaining dead wood off the hillside.
We have used Aaron for over a decade on various tree projects from removal to pruning and maintenance. He and crew are very professional and affordable. I keep his information in my contacts list and will continue to use him in the future for any tree or bush work we need.

We received wood chips from Aaron and were so impressed by his customer service even in such a minor transaction! He took the time to talk us about what we were planning to use the chips for and made sure that it was a good fit for the type of chips that he had. We really appreciated the extra care he took even just for wood chips. Thank you!

I’m disappointed to leave a 1-star review because Pacific Land Preservation came highly recommended by a neighbor, and I personally saw the great quality of work they completed. Unfortunately, my experience trying to become a customer was extremely frustrating.
My rating is based entirely on the poor communication and management experience. Sarah never responded to my multiple text messages, voicemails, or repeated attempts to get on their schedule. When I managed to get Sarah to answer the phone, each time she expressed she would call me back to add me to the schedule for the following week. After several follow-ups with no response, I was left feeling ignored and unable to even move forward with booking services.
It’s unfortunate because the company appears to do great work, but communication and customer management are just as important as the final product.

Pacific Land Preservation tree service had done extensive tree work at my neighbor’s front yard and were called back to take care of a single tree in their backyard.
So I called my neighbor and she me referred to them. Aaron and crew came over and gave us a reasonable bid. They came back within the hour and limbed up two trees for us.
Now our waterfront is nicely visible from the deck on our home. I recommend them to you too.

Aaron, Sarah, and Hector did an amazing job in removing old trees, blackberry bushes and creating amazing areas that are grass ready. They also brought in gravel and leveled off our driveway and created an area for a future car shed. They are very personable people and we absolutely loved their work. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them if you need any trees removed or property cleared.
