  Theyre never open past 5pm, even when the closed time is supposed to be 6pm.

  I have been buying storage units and selling the contents for years. Often find gross/disgusting stuff. Almost always, its the tenants fault. This facility is a disaster. The computers failed when we arrived to pay for the units, then noticed there are rat traps literally everywhere on the property. After opening the unit, noticed that the ceiling isn't ceiling and leaking heavily into the unit, as well as large gaps on all the doors to the units. Which are made mostly of sheetrock. Absolute terrible design. While we were there, two other customers were clearing out units and moving elsewhere due to the same reason. This place, by far is the worst designed, disgusting storage facility I have ever seen. HOWEVER, the lady that was running the front, was extremely helpful and customer service from her was excellent.

  All was good rented a unit then 2 units left one to my daughter n 10yrs later figure get rid of it n down size on everything lol old and new management was amazing gabe me a great deal n we moved everything in a couple loads kyla the manager on site was a great help very friendly I would give a lot more then five stars if I could lol thanks
