Excellent customer service. They had my storage rental space ready in less than 45 minutes of their last hour of operation hours and Marlo was so sweet, kind and helpful to stay a little bit late and got me set up with digital access. It’s not often anymore, to find such great service, let alone, interact with a real person in the flesh.
