Unfortunately today June 8 Monday, I came to buy material that I need urgently to be able to finish my work, I can’t believe the long wait they made me spend in the Pro’s Area the customer service is terrible, there were two people behind me trying to pay for their stuff.
More than 20 minutes of waiting, while the people who are on the table are making ducks to not attend to you, I asked a gentleman in a blue shirt. And he told me right now I’ll attend you, but you must be on the other side to be able to charge you, just give me a few seconds! The gentleman said!
Two people were vacated and no one called the next buyer to the Desk, how terrible to know that there are still lazy people who do not want to work.
I attach my material that I needed to buy this, and it was not possible, the company has spent thousands and thousands of dollars. to have that horrible treatment?

Had to come back through and change my rating. This is not necessarily reflection of the location in Lynnwood I'd rather as the company as a hole in the customer experience dealing with installation team. I had purchased a toilet along with the installation service. It took 2 weeks to schedule the installation. When the installer came out to do the service they were unable to do so without leaking. The gentleman who came out seemed an experienced claimed the flange was damaged and needed to be replaced. I had a second plumber come out inspected they were able to install the new toilet with no problems without replacing the flange. Apparently the company who did the service forged my signature claiming I signed off on the approved install of the toilet and now or denying a refund on the service. I've seen documentation and proof into the installation team management and they're still denying my refund. If anything it should be treated like a labor warranty and I need my money back.

If I could give this store less than a star I would. I asked for one item and was sent back and forth clear across the store and then avoided when I looked for help again. Everybody's attitude was about worthless here. Really stupid because I was about to buy a air conditioner several sheets of drywall and several plants for the garden. In totall I was going to spend well over a 1000 dollars. Which im sure isn't much to them but I was a lowes person mostly because there were closer but I'll drive the extra 5 mins to home depot maybe at least I'll get some help. I mean how many employees can you have and still not do the one job that your there for customer service. My rant is over hope you get it together some day before home depot takes all your customers.
